Training with Jeremy was the best decision I have
ever made to further my career in pageant competitions. After being
crowned Miss California 2007, I went on to Nationals to place 5th overall
(out of 55 competitors) and took best in fitness.
In
6 weeks time, I lost 10 lbs of body fat and gained 5 lbs of
muscle. I feel stronger and have more energy than I ever have
before and it's because of the training I have done with Jeremy
I couldn't have done it without Jeremy and I credit
him for my success. He made me feel comfortable and actually made working
out fun. It wasn't easy but the results made it all worth it. I would
recommend Jeremy to anyone looking to change their body or life and have a
good time while doing it.
